Excellent service and very helpful. I had an intermittent ABS fault on my Ford Focus and was initially unsure whether it was the wiring, sensor, or something more serious. Alex took the time to properly diagnose the problem rather than simply replacing expensive parts. He explained everything clearly, kept me informed, and managed to get the repair completed the same day, which was especially helpful as I rely on the car during the week. The final price was also very reasonable compared with what I had been expecting. Really happy with the service, communication and professionalism. I would definitely recommend New Body Mechanics Ltd and will happily use them again in the future.

I recently experienced an exceptional car service that left me thoroughly impressed. The efficiency and swiftness of the service were truly commendable, providing a fast and cost-effective solution for my vehicle. The ease with which I could communicate and book the service added to the overall convenience. Moreover, the meticulous engine oil change and air filter replacement were carried out with utmost professionalism. It's reassuring to find a service that combines speed, affordability, and clear communication so seamlessly. Highly recommended!
